📦 Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please email us at brickfigurefactory@gmail.com with:

  • Your Order Number
  • Your current shipping address
  • The updated address

🕐 Please note: Address changes can only be made before the order has been processed or shipped. During peak seasons, late changes may not be guaranteed.

🖨️ Misprinted or Defective Items

You may return or exchange products within 90 days of receiving your order if the item is defective or misprinted.

  • Misprints include: wrong text, misplaced images, or major color deviation
  • We are not responsible for returns if the mistake was due to incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong name or color)

🖼️ Product Image Disclaimer

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However:

  • Due to variations in monitor settings, lighting, and screen resolution, actual product colors may differ
  • If you are unsure about color, size, or material, please contact us before placing your order

❌ Cancellations & Refunds

All custom products include a 50% customization fee.

To cancel your order:

  • Contact us ASAP with your Order Number and reason for cancellation
  • If production has started, we will charge a 50% restocking fee
  • If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled

Refunds (excluding shipping and customization fees) will be issued to your original payment method and may take 7–10 business days to reflect on your account.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless:

  • They arrive damaged
  • They are defective or misprinted

The following situations are NOT eligible for return or exchange:

  • Personal preference or change of mind
  • Improper use, storage, or maintenance
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Incorrect customization input by customer

Please contact us with your Order Number and photos of the issue if your item qualifies for a return.
